The U of T Scarborough Library provides limited space for posters and other advertisements that support learning and campus life.

What we can post

We accept advertisements that are of direct interest to the campus community and support learning or academic engagement:

Materials may not exceed 11 × 17 inches.

Only one copy of each item will be posted.

All advertisements must include a clear end date, such as the date of an event or the final day of a workshop series.

Materials without an end date cannot be posted.

How to submit

Drop off your poster, flyer, brochure, or bookmark at the Info Desk.

Library staff will review and post approved materials within 24 hours.

Posting locations are determined by library staff.

The library reserves the right to remove materials that do not follow these guidelines or once the end date has passed.
