Students, faculty, and staff may book the screening room (RL 3-023) on the 3rd floor of Robarts Library for classes and film screenings.

The screening room is available Monday to Friday, 9am–9:50pm. It is not available on weekends.

Submit booking requests to film.library@utoronto.ca at least 3 business days prior to your event.
Include the following details in your request (if applicable):
- Date and start/end time (bookings may be 1-3 hours)
- Course code
- Name of your club/department/group
- Title of the film you are screening

All screenings must be admission-free and copyright compliant. It is best to screen films from our physical and digital collections. Please reach out if you have questions about screening other materials.
You must be in good standing (i.e., no outstanding library fines over $24.99) to book the space.
All bookings are displayed on the monitor outside the 3rd floor study area.
Food is not allowed in the screening room. Water and covered drinks are OK.
If you expect any guests who do not have a TCard, you must contact staff in advance.
The screening room is not a group study room or social event space. It is not available for drop-in use.
