Service Management (ITS) Staff

The Service Management unit within UTL ITS manages the Libraries' digital platforms and web spaces, ensuring they are accessible, user-friendly, and strategically aligned with institutional goals. The team conducts user experience research, supports digital preservation, and provides access to digital collections like Collections U of T and Discover Archives. It also manages services such as MyMedia and oversees project management for digital initiatives.
