These collaborations reflect the University of Toronto Libraries' (UTL) commitment to advancing initiatives that prioritize immediate, unrestricted access to research funded by the public. By expanding the global reach of U of T-authored scholarship, these agreements foster greater knowledge dissemination and collaboration across disciplines.

These partnerships align seamlessly with the University of Toronto's commitment to push boundaries and reaching new heights in research excellence. By breaking down barriers and promoting open collaboration, we are empowering our researchers to share their groundbreaking insights with a global audience, driving innovation and advancing knowledge across disciplines." Larry P. Alford, University Chief Librarian of the University of Toronto.
