Only current John H. Daniels Faculty students, staff and faculty.

Current Dentistry students, staff and faculty can book the Group Study Room to use during our opening hours by logging in with your UTORID and Password using the booking site.

Students of the Faculty of Applied Science and Engineering and the Department of Computer Science can reserve a study room at the Engineering & Computer Science Library using the booking page.

How do I reserve a room?

Bookings are made through the Online Booking System with a valid UTORid and are available 7 days a week during the library's hours of operation.

How do I reserve a room?

Book a room online up to two weeks in advance using your UTORid and password. You will receive an email confirming your booking. Present your TCard to OISE Library Service Desk staff to pick up a key for your study room.

Group study rooms are only available to registered students, faculty members or staff persons of Regis College.

Robarts Library

Who can use these rooms?

All currently registered U of T students can use these rooms for academic purposes or other University-related projects. Bookable rooms include group study rooms in the new Robarts Common wing, which can be booked via the booking button. Booking policies and codes of conduct are viewable when you log into the booking system.

Can I book in advance?

Robarts Library & Robarts Common

Robarts Library: 5 group study rooms on the ground floor, 2 rooms on the 3rd floor in the Media Commons, and 4 group study rooms on each stacks floor (9–13) can be booked in advance. All others are first come, first served.

Robarts Common: 8 group study rooms on each of floors 2 – 5. Capacity ranges from 3 to 10 students per room. Bookable through the same 'Book a Room' button.

Staff Login

Who can use these rooms?

Group bookings for the Presentation Practice Room (PPR) and use of the Kelly Library’s four non-bookable rooms are restricted to groups of two or more U of T students, staff, or faculty. Rooms are for studying and academic group work. They are not sound-proof; while using these rooms please respect others in the area and honour the Kelly Library’s Conduct Regulations.

Can I book in advance?

Only the PPR can be booked in advance. All other rooms are first come, first served. The PPR can be booked for up to three hours per day and up to four weeks in advance. Those who have booked the PPR have priority for using it.

Who can use these rooms?

6 of the rooms are bookable only by UTSC students. 1 larger room can only be booked by TAs and instructors through the Circulation Desk.

Yes (6 of the 11) The remaining 4 larger group study rooms are available on a first come, first served basis. When the bookable rooms are not reserved, they are also available on a first come, first served basis.

One of the rooms on the 1st floor is for graduate students only. All other rooms are available to all currently registered U of T students for academic purposes or other University-related projects.
